A 4PL, heavy-haul logistics provider, and international freight forwarder built around large project logistics. Based in Humble, Texas, with our own yard and crane, and working nationally and internationally for energy, data-center, and industrial customers. One team owns the outcome.
Who we are
A team that owns the outcome, not just the load.
LGX Freight Solutions exists for the projects where the logistics is the hard part: a piece that does not fit a container, a site that is not ready until it is, a set date that everything else has to serve. Our job is the whole of that, from the first RFQ to the signed close-out, with our own coordinators on the ground while it happens.
We run three motions: large project & heavy-haul logistics (the core), international freight forwarding, and day-to-day domestic freight. We’re asset-light on transportation. We own no trucks; each move gets the trailer and crane its cargo calls for rather than whatever a fixed fleet has parked. We’re asset-backed where it counts: the laydown and storage yard and the 50-ton crane in Humble are ours.
We’re based in Humble, Texas, with our yard and crane on the Gulf Coast. A strong base, not a boundary. We plan project work nationally and internationally, scope by scope.
How we work
Three operating principles.
We own the scope, not just the load.
The 4PL model exists because project work fails between handoffs. We sit on your side of the table. The scope is ours from RFQ to wrap-up. That’s the work and that’s the discipline.
Asset-light on trucks, asset-backed where it counts.
We own no trucks. Each job gets the trailer and crane it needs instead of whatever a fixed fleet happens to have parked. The Humble laydown yard and its 50-ton crane are ours. We name partner roles (customs entry, rental cranes, specialist trailers) explicitly in the scope of work. The 4PL story works only if the structure is honest.
We do not overclaim.
We don’t claim NVOCC status until it’s granted. We don’t claim in-house customs. We don’t fence the market to a region we happen to sit in, and we don’t publish customer names. Overclaiming on a project bid loses the customer and the referral chain behind them. Not a trade we’ll make.

The office, the yard, the 50-ton crane, and dispatch all sit on one site in Humble, Texas, north of Houston, inside the Gulf Coast corridor where energy, petrochemical, and industrial fabrication concentrate. It is where the work starts, not where it stops: project work runs nationally and internationally from here.
