Names and headshots are being confirmed before they publish. These are the seats that run the work; each scope has one of them accountable for it from intake to close-out.

- Owns the company and the standard every scope is run to.
- Director, Project & Heavy-Haul Logistics
- Owns the project practice: the lift plans, the permits, the routes, and the coordinators on site.
- Director, International Freight Forwarding
- Owns the ocean and air legs, the lane relationships, and the customs handoff to the partner broker.
- Manager, Domestic Freight
- Owns the day-to-day open-deck, hotshot, and standalone heavy-haul loads.
- Yard & Crane / Operations Manager
- Owns the Humble laydown yard, warehousing, and the 50-ton in-yard crane.
- Heavy-Haul Dispatch Lead
- Owns trailer and carrier assignment, permits, and escorts for every road move.

The full team covers project planning, route surveys, forwarding coordination, customs liaison, heavy-haul dispatch, on-site coordination, and scope wrap-up. The project-facing functions are listed below. We can introduce you to the project lead assigned to your scope on intake.
