The hidden risk
Rentals don’t fail loudly. They fail in two ways. The first: the equipment isn’t on-site when the crane needs to lift, the trailer needs to roll, or the gantry needs to jack. The schedule slips, and every other vendor on-site is waiting. The second: the equipment is on-site too long. Daily rental clocks tick, the customer pays for idle gear, and a profitable scope erodes into a marginal one. Neither failure shows up in the freight invoice.
